Napping is pretty high on my list of things I like to do. There is the nap on the couch while watching golf. When I nodded off, Nicklaus was on the second tee. When I regain consciousness, he is on the fourteenth tee. Nice. Outdoor napping is napping in its purest form. Sunny yes, but I have some shade for my head. Admiring the garden, then slipping into slumber. Dreamy. So before prime napping season is upon us (June-September), make sure you are prepared to take part in the Great American Napping Tradition. Order a Pawley Island or Hatteras hammock. Position it strategically in the back yard. Lie to your family members, telling them that you are off running errands. Lower yourself into your new hammock and drift away.
